    POORBOYS Carpet Cleaner Concentrate

I received a sample of PB carpet cleaner. You use 1oz to make 32oz of solution. Which is IMHO is phenomenal. It has a nice fragrance, sometime when I get a chance I will take another whiff and let you know what it smells like. What I liked about this is it was not much of a foaming solution, kind of like Folex.

    Directions:
    1. Apply cleaner liberally
    2. Scrub area to be cleaned
    3. Allow product to dry thoroughly
    4. Vaccum area

The 4oz bottle I received will make a gallon of carpet cleaner! This cleaned a floor mat well for me. My concern was letting the solution dry and leaving the carpet pile stiff and crunchy. I was surprised once dry the pile was still soft. It also restored the carpet to being nice and black, it did not fade the mat at all. Below I hope you will see the result.

    Prior to cleaning:

After (Sorry forgot to get a good one but as you can see it it is nice and black):

I have Mercedes that is tentatively lined up in two weeks with a light interior. It has some sort of leak (windshield?) that leaks the multi-colored soap from the scratch-n-wash all on the passenger floorboard. This will really put this to the test and I will update the thread.

It really is the worst. I was looking through all my pics of the job and realized I forgot the after of the mat.

I promise I won`t forget when I do the wife`s Benz. I think I`m gonna try a way to get a 50/50 of this and folex somehow.

    Re: POORBOYS Carpet Cleaner Concentrate

So this new cleaner is a type of encapsulating cleaner I would assume? Hence the scrub it in and let it dry part I`m guessing.

Considering I mainly use those types of cleaners for carpet and upholstery, I`m very interested to get my hands on this new product. I tend not to extract unless the job really calls for it.

Can you still get samples? I have a encapsulating carpet cleaner but I`m still not convinced on its effectiveness. Wouldn`t mind trying something else

Thank you for the review Yes a concentrate for cleaning carpets and Upholstery is always a good thing and non-sudsing and fresh smelling is something customers will appreciate.

We might have to sell it in small bottles or we might never have a reorder
life is short ..do it while you can

I think you would be fine offering 4/8/16oz size.

I really liked the dilution and concentration of it.

If it performs as good as or better than folex in my next test it will replace it for sure.
