Kudos...great work, thanks for posting it

The 275 GTB and the E-Type Jaguar are what persuaded me that car design could indeed be an art form

Have a series 1 roadster in the wait Metallic Green, Beige interior. Agreed the Jags also have great lines.

Looks like another very similar `66 Alloy will be crossing the auction block at Mecum Monterey on August 18th:

1966 Ferrari 275 GTB Alloy Berlinetta S/N 08143, Documented Factory Alloy Long Nose for sale by Mecum Auction

Wonder how far into the 7-figure range it`ll go....

Well done John. You made this beautiful auto look even more stunning. I can`t believe it`s an aluminum bodied car! Wow.

Says it was ordered in Silver and refinished in Red in 1974, so that`s probably it. Includes 5 original alloy wheels and a set of four Borrani wire wheels in the original boxes (which I assume are identical to what the car in this thread has mounted on it?)

    This one has outerlaced Boranis.

(spokes go to lip) there were also innerlaced (stay in the center of barrel)

That`s not the GTB I was thinking.

    Thanks Rasky.
