After a long day of washing, I finished off with some NXT and wanted to let it cure overnight before i add the 2nd coat. Unfortunately it started raining today and my carport could only do so much. Is there something I can do once the rain stops, to get the full effect of a 2nd layer of wax? Maybe just a rinse and dry? Would rewashing with soap just degrade some of the wax that`s already on there? thanks.

depends what kind of wash soap. if it`s a genuine car wash soap, use in a weaker amount than normal and you`re fine. it`s just rain so it`s nto going to be very dirty

This happens to me all the time,

I`d give it a quick wash,(I use Meguiars gold class shampoo) my car always seems to look a lot better after I wash it, especially if i`ve waxed it the previous day, I`d wash it then apply the 2nd coat.
