    What is a good product to use to remove these? Its on the black trim that surrounds the windows and rear glass.

    Would help to see a photo. Without one...scrub with IPA or APC then apply GTechniq C4

    Borax is good on mildew

    You could use strait bleach and elbow grease to get rid of the same. You would satisfy with the result.
