Just trying to see how many CMW fans out there. Haven`t read too much about CMW lately.

Interviewer: : Rock, you got anything derogatory to say about the champ?
Rocky Balboa: Derogatory? Yeah. He`s great
Not exclusively, but on occassion. It`s an awesome product, easy on/off, leaves a deep wet shine.
NHBFAN - Are you referring to Carnuba Moose Wax, a cleaner/wax, or the Carnuba Wax? As a LSP you`re probably referring to the carnuba wax ???
If so then count me in. Great product over VM. Easiest stuff in the world to use!
I`ve gone back to CMW on my own car. It is extremely nice on black paint. I am also comparing it head to head vs. #16 on two Escalades. Both have good durability, I want to see which one holds up the longest.
I use CMW mostly on dark non metallic paints, I feel it really gives good depth and wetness to those colors.

Dr Groove,
CMW = carnuba moose wax, not the moose wax which is a cleaner wax. I know ... the nomenclature is confusing.
I`ve tried most every LSP (and other detailing products) out there, but have yet to order CMW for some reason. It sounds like it will fit the bill for me. It has decent durability, easy to use, and a good look. I`ll definitely order some soon.
Scottwax,
Which product (#16 vs CMW) is the better "beauty" wax? Durability isn`t an issue on my own car as I can`t seem not to let my car go past a few weeks without rewaxing.

I use CMW as my topper. It truly is awesome on black, and durability is pretty good.
Awesome stuff, wallah................

I don`t know of anyone on this site that uses something "exclusively"!! Too many good products to choose from.

I use CMW on my Yukon, like Scott I always go back to it..it`s my favorite LSP for black.
CMW not only gives good wetness, it also darkens the paint & covers some light spiderwebbing too.
These are 2 pictures taken before and after applying CMW
untouched (just resized) manual setting so they are the same for both pics (f/5, exposure 1/5 for both pictures)

Very nice!:xyxthumbs How did you apply it? I really like CMW,
but I almost always have problems applying it. Do you do it by hand or via PC?

What problems do you have applying it? I find it goes on and off easy whether it`s applied by hand or pc. The only problem I`ve ever had was a bit of streaking if applied too thick.:nixweiss
Does CMW have any cleaners in it? I just got a bottle a couple days ago and it has a fairly strong solvent smell to it like the rest of the ClearKote products.

Just applies very stifly to me. Sometimes it feels like
I need to load up the pad to get it to apply easier. I`ve
tried with the Clearkote, PB, foam applicators, but get
smilar results. Sometimes the results are better with mf
pads, but then it sucks up more product. I also find that
it leaves behind a haze sometimes even after what I feel
is a thorough wipedown. I also have this problem with EX-P
a lot as well, so I assume it`s me, and not the product that
is the problem.
Next time I get a chance, I will try it out with the PC and see
if I get any better results.
NBHFAN-CMW on dark paint, on light colors it is a toss-up. CMW will slightly darken any color paint.
