smilar results. Sometimes the results are better with mf

pads, but then it sucks up more product. I also find that

it leaves behind a haze sometimes even after what I feel

is a thorough wipedown. I also have this problem with EX-P

a lot as well, so I assume it`s me, and not the product that

    is the problem.

Next time I get a chance, I will try it out with the PC and see

if I get any better results.

It sounds like you might be putting it on too thick. I usually mist the pad until it gets primed and that seams to help. The PC also works good and you can put it on pretty thin with it.

For hand I use the Handi-Grip Foam Applicators and it works great for all my wax/sealants it gives nice even pressure so I`m able to apply thin coats:xyxthumbs

Yeah, I do find myself applying it thick, but that`s only because I

can`t seem to apply it thinly with any real consistency. I`ve

also used the Handi-grips, but all that happens is that the

Handi-grip gets scrunged up. I really hate having to press down

to apply product at the final stages as I always end up marring

the paint. So I usually stick with products that do not give

    me those types of problems.

I haven`t really used the PC for application but a few times,

and most if not all of those times were done with Surbuf or

Edge finish pads. It just seems so much slower doing it this

way, so I stopped, and went back to applying product by hand.

Since i had a talk with the Surbuf guys, I`m going to take another

plunge and try them again for application with the PC.

I just use the Meguiars 4" foam hand pads. Really easy to lay down a thin layer.

I find the same happens when I apply it. I think it has to do with it coming out of a bottle, just leaving a dab on the applicator as opposed to the large area with wax applied when one swipes the pad in a tin of paste wax. So I end up either applying it too thick or too thin so that I wonder if there`s any left at all on the pad. Spritzing the pad does help a little and it does get better as the pad gets more of a buildup on it. I`ll have to try the handigrip apps, forgot I had them! It`s really not that much of a problem, just spoiled by S100 and Natty`s. Buffs off real easy though.

Scottwax, how does the look of CMW compare to Souveran on black?

My Z is non-metallic black and I`m looking for the ultimate look. So far I really like NXT on the Z. But the quest is never ending of course.

Jason-pretty close, actually. Souveran looks a tough richer but CMW is 1/3rd the price. Most people probably can`t tell the difference.

I wasn`t sure I was ready to make the $$ pludge for souveran yet so I might just have to make CMW part of my next product order now. Thanks Scott. :xyxthumbs

Nevermind. I DID just make the plunge to get Souveran. A Canadian online store had a boxing-day only sale. The 8oz jar of Souveran Paste wax was on for $46 CDN!! (that`s about $38 USD at today`s exchange). At that price I couldn`t resist. Even though the last thing I needed right now was another LSP, Souveran is on the way.
