I currently use ONR mixed to QD strenght as my quick detailer, and was thinking of getting something that has a little more cleaning ability for QD moments. I came across Optimum Opti Clean, but I am kind of skeptical about a product that claims that it can be used on all surfaces.

Has anyone tested the two side by side, and could tell me which is a better QD option in terms of lubricity and cleaning power?

Also, will Opti Clean take off any LSPs?

Opti Clean is basically just ONR on steroids... and yes, it works great on lots of different surfaces. I`ve never seen it take an LSP off, but it`s definitely got higher lubricity and cleaning power. My understanding is that OOC is made with a higher concentration of the same polymers ONR has in it.

Honestly I`m not convinced by OC, feels very much like ONR.

I wonder if there`s any difference beween OC concentrate diluted 1:3 as per instructions and ONR diluted 1:3 (as oposed to 1:16 I think for QD).

i wouldn`t say its better it just different. some will say that it will clean anything that onr will clean. i have my doubts about how well it`ll work in the winter. ooc is a waterless wash system. i used it in the spring and decided to stay with onr for regular washing, but did add ooc to the bird bomb kit (replaced the detail spray). during the summer i got some hd waterless wash and like that better than the ooc. i`ll continue to use onr for washing in the winter.
