    That`s easy to answer...

Because he`s going to refill it with CG 50/50 and resell it as Vintage on UK E-bay for Ă‚£500!

And if he`s really cruel, he`ll just refill it with Turtle Wax before he sells it!

Yup, it`s true. I just bought my Vintage yesterday from Zymol.com. It should be here tomorrow, and yes, you do have to be the registered owner to get the free lifetime refills.

I`m going to go around waxing everything in the house tomorrow.

When I bought mine I had to fax in a registration form and it also came with a numbered certificate.

I havent had it in a few years, but I did not have to fax in a registration. It did come with a numbered certificate and a form that you had to send with it when getting a refill.
