Keeping with my Mod-A-Week routine, I installed a H-Sport Competition Adjustable Rear Sway Bar to help induce some more rotation and reduce understeer at the track. And because I needed something to fuss with on a rainy Saturday. :p

Huge difference between the new one and stock. But the new one, being tubular, was actually a bit lighter. The bushings have grease fittings for easy lube maintenance also. That`s cool!

It was a rather involved install for a sway bar. The top of the shocks come out, the sub frame gets lowered and so on. It took a couple hours-plus.

Yea, rather than hanging down like most, it tucks up tight inside the body. Pretty compact package.

    Ooooh, adjustable too! :xyxthumbs

Looks like they went with grease-able Energy Suspension polygraphite bushings for their kit?

Well, I am pretty excited with the swaybar. Turn-in is even quicker...which is saying a lot for a Mini. No hint of harshness or too much oversteer on the middle setting. I will have to wait until the next track event in about a month to see how it does at speed.

Good stuff! IMO, adjustable sways are the best bang-for-the-buck suspension mod you can get. They were the first thing I put on my car, and they`re great...

Awesome man! I am turning into a suspension freak as well. I took my car out driving some back roads, the same roads Road and Track and car and Driver use, and my Progress sway bar and lower tie bar keeps the body from rollin awesome! Now to get springs I am waiting on.
