I just want to share my experience with autopia-carcare.com.

So I was detailing my car this past weekend and after about a quarter of a way through, it decided that it wanted to take early retirement and quit on me. I got a hold of Lynn through their "Live Help" online on their website this morning, and she is going to be sending me a replacement unit right away.

Needless to say, I am very happy with their customer service and will be using them for my future detailing needs. They get a A++ in my book!!

Given the early life failures, I am concerned that I will not that many hours on mine before the warranty runs out. I hope they are flexible in the post-warranty for what I have heard is motor brush issue.

We are being very flexible. So far, we`ve had about a 3% failure rate from the first mfg run. More than 95% of these are brush failures. We realize this is an abnormal condition and will offer extended service for this issue.

I am a big fan of the UDM. Have had no issues with it. I think the UDM has plenty of supporters, but why did you delete the post where someone spoke up against it?

This forum is a UDM support forum and the posts were not appropriate for this forum. We are here to talk about the UDMs, good or bad, not other machines. It`s like going to Burger King and yelling out "I McDonald`s why would anyone order a Whopper?" or going to your best friend`s house for dinner and saying "Gee your Sister is UGLY!".

The Autopia forum is open to other products but when it comes to the sponsor forums it would be nice if members could extend common courtesy and remember they are posting to a sponsor forum.
