    Agreed

Re: Electric blower to dry car

If you decide to use your leaf blower and cant find a way to attach a hose, you can still cut the nozzle so it is not so long, and then get some air conditioning duct nice black rubber gasket material and tape the edge of the blower so it doesnt scratch anything if you touch the car, and it will be just fine...
I modded a toro electric blower like that geez, almost 10 years ago and it still works great.
And I can tell you, unless you stick the vacuum end of the blower in a pile of rocks and turn it on, it is Never going to suck something up and blow it on the car..

You will have it in your hands, way off the ground, away from anything...

    Good luck with this !

Use my leaf blower just fine, never had an issue. I don`t do super fine / insane safety work though. I think for the price savings I`ll happily polish whatever I save!

I use a leaf blower every time. The leaf blower is used only for the cars, never for leaves! I bought an Air Wand attachment for it that works great. I would love to try a metro blaster but for the $ the leaf blower works great!

Re: Electric blower to dry car

I`ve used a gasoline powered leaf blower for years when drying cars. The BS about "particles" damaging the paint is a crock. Blow & go. Dab the drippies with a MF towel and get on with it.

Electric leaf blower is where it`s at in my opinion. It`s not great when it`s really cold as it just pushes water water though.
