Sounds like the guy who cloned In 'N Out Burgers and opened one up at Six Flags Mall in Arlington. He and some friends had worked at some In N' Out Burgers, copied the floorplans, sent all the food out to be analyzed so he could duplicate it, etc. I was wondering how a small burger place at a mall could have such excellent burgers. When the story broke in the local papers and the menu at the burger place changes, I knew!
