i don't know, i may sound crazy.
But i just detailed a car.
3 layers of Zaino.
2 layers of All in one Klassee.
1 layer of Sealant Glaze Klassee.

Result = Awesome.

But this is this the question I have. Am I end doing this correct.
Isn't Zaino Polymer based and AIO Carnuba?

Has anyone tried this?

thanks!

I don't know why you are wasting the Zaino if you are just going to use AIO after it. AIO will remove any and everything on the surface of your car. Zaino isn't safe and neither is anything else. It doesn't matter if you have 500 coats of Zaino on the car... If you use not just one, but two treatments of AIO, then you have removed all of the Zaino. So basicly what you are seeing is just AIO and one layer of SG. AIO is absolutely not a carnauba. It is a paint cleaner and totally synthetic.

so does that mean, i need to put some sort of wax on top of it?
Will Zaino work or do I have to apply carnuba wax.
thanks!

No, you certainly don't have to top with a wax, I don't, but topping Klasse or Zaino with wax is very popular on the forums.

If you were going to use those products you should do AIO then Zaino and top with SG - like fuzz said the aio will remove everything that was there before it.

I don't know that the cleaner really has much acrylic in it. Its primary purpose is to clean the paint and provide a good base for the sealant. I don't know how it works... but it works.

The directions that come with Klasse All-in-one say that for more acrylic base use multiple coats. :) Of course if I want more acrylic base after all-in-one I use a little thing called SG. But according to the instructions all-in-one does leave an acrylic base, and multiple coats will leave more acrylic behind.

Which leads me to an obvious question, if Klasse is a cleaner, which it is, why does it not remove its own previous layer of acrylic base when layered the second time?

This quote was taken from "How To Get the Perfect Shine" by David Bynon at Autopia:

"The Klasse acrylic formula has proven its quality to me again and again. Klasse All-In-One is a one-step acrylic resin that cleans, lightly polishes and protects paint with a durable acrylic finish. The best way to apply Klasse All-In-One is with a foam applicator pad.

Klasse All-In-One contains cleaners that remove previous layers of Klasse All-In-One.

If you wish to apply additional Klasse acrylic protection, you can apply one or more coats of Klasse Sealant Glaze. Klasse Sealant Glaze does not contain cleaners; it is a pure acrylic sealant. Additional layers of Klasse Sealant Glaze will increase protection and finish depth."

It looks like a second layer of AIO will remove the previous layer(s) of AIO so, to gain additional protection, you should apply one or more layers of SG.
