Z5 vs Z2 Pro on darks...

Anyone prefer Z5 to Z2 Pro on dark colors? I just tried some Z5 with Z1 on my hood and about an hour afterward it started to rain. I'm probably going to apply another coat of either Z5 or Z2 Pro- what are some opinions?

I prefered Z5 to the old Z2 on dark colors... or alternating layers of both. However, I prefer the new Z2-Pro on all colors.
 
I am fast becoming a Z5 advocate. I agree with SEtec that the filling proeperties are becoming my friend. Since I have a black truck the color is slightly darker which is appealing too. I have seen the best results of shine and darkening by layering the products alternating Z5 and Z2. But ..YMMV
 
is it me, or does z5 add more depth to the paint compared to z2.

To me it seems z2 just adds more reflectivity(plastic look i guess). Im just thinking of using z5 and drop z2 all together when i purchase zaino again.
 
It's a wash. I can't tell a difference.



I don't think Z5 has any filling properties whatsoever. I used it back before I polished the swirls out of my paint, and didn't notice the least amount of difference. Haven't touched it since.

Excellent and honest point tailwind. Z5 is not a replacement for prep when needed. Z5 will hide daily achieved blemishes that result from washing and QD'ing very well. Z5PRO even better.



I always start with a couple coats of Z5, now Z5PRO beta before topping with Z2PRO. The new combo of the Pro's with Z8 is simply stunning. :woot: :getdown
 
Z5 is a great product. I even use it on my wife's white GTP!



I definitely think it looked better than the old Z2 on dark colors and reds. I'd have to say Z2 Pro is better though!



Z5 Pro should look incredible on reds and blacks.

I like the look that I attain thru many layers of Z5, Z2Pro, Z5, and Z2Pro.



I would not go so far as to say it is better
