Z2 vs. Z2Pro wow what a difference

So I have 3 coats of Z2Pro on the A6 and about a dozen applications of Z8 (I use it almost daily, OCD is a b!tch) and today while going through my LSP's I noticed I had a non "pro" version of Z2 so I thought I would apply a coat.

Wow what a difference. Much crisper looking and I guess sharp would be a good description. I miss that look, I wish that we had the option to select between the two. I much prefer this look vs the new "warmer" carnauba look that the "pro" version offers.

If anyone has the older version sitting around and wants to unload it shoot me a PM

I agree, It also applies and removes easier IMO.

Interesting....

Z2 pro in my opinion does not have the look of a carnuba, but still a polymer. I find the pro line to be much more user friendly than the old stuff, especially when used with ZFX. The older formulations tended to get a bit finicky when applied too thick, or on days with high humidity on certain color cars. What color car are you using this on? Are you starting with a clean slate or applying this over another product? Are you using ZFX?

Very interesting. I never did try the old Z2, just Z2pro, and I always felt it typified the "sealant look". It'd be interesting to see Z2!

Dark silver

Applied over 3 coats of Z2Pro and a few coats of Z8.

Have used ZFX and have not used it.

Got any old Z2 to sell?
