Just One More Coat
I know we are share in the art of car care, but lets see what you can do at the out door grill.

I know that we have a very diverse crowd here. so I'm hoping to pickup on some cool new sauces, marinates or rubs.

I'll start.

1cup Jack Daniels
1cup Ketchup
1cup Cider Vinegar
1cup Brown Sugar
1/2cup Chopped Onion
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire
2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce

Bring to a boil then reduce and simmer for 30 minutes.

I used this on pork ribs over the weekend it sweet, gooey and fantastic. If you like it hotter step on the hot sauce.

Simply cannot go wrong with a St. Louis, MO favorite - Mauls. Get some of their Sweet-n-smokey and you'll never go back!

Do you have a link to a web site that I can order from? Thanks,

Charles

A little of this a little of that. No measureing that goes on with my sauce.

Half cereal bowl of bbq sauce (kraft think n spicy)
A few heaping spoonfuls of brown sugar
A few good squeezes of honey.

Heat and mix. It is my famous sauce for honey bbq chicken.

I've taken a liking to Bone Sucking Sauce from NC. I'll sometimes mix it with John Boy and billy's (Radio guys I guess) sauce.

I like to make my own too.

1 1/2 cups of honey
1 cup ketchup
1 small can of tomato paste
2 Tbsp of minced garlic
2 Tbsp of lemon juice
1 Tbsp of cocoa powder
1 Tbsp of curry powder
1 Tbsp soy sauce and worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp of Tabasco or any hot sauce
1 tsp of cayenne pepper and black pepper.

you talk about good stuff I make many more but thats my fav.

Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce. It's made in Chicago and it's really good. Unfortunately, the original sauce is the only one that has made it down to the south. Dont get me wrong, the original is the best, but they have a few other flavors that are pretty good to.

For ribs I use a blend of two different rubs and add this sauce at the end.

I would make my own, but I think I would be disappointed if it didn't taste better than Sweet Baby Ray's.

when i went to vegas at the harley davidson restaurant they had the best bbq sauce i have ever tasted. It's called mississippi something. I have tried different kinds but this is by far the best one i have had. I'm gonna try to make one of your guys recipes
