Where does everyone get their non microfiber towels from?

I need to pick up more regular terry towels. And before I go out and get them I figured I would see what everyone else used!

I got a bunch at Costco I buy the white hand terry towels. I can't remeber what I paid but they where cheap. Also if you see a grage sale I always stop to look for towels. My mother in law is a pro at getting them for me at GS.

I don't use MF towels that much so I have a load of terry towels

You can get some terry towel deals on Ebay . I just started using surgical towels for general cleaning , they hold up alot better and are lint free.

I'm with beemer. Costco has a ton for cheap. Just make sure you wash em first to de-lint (or remove most of the lint).

Holly crap man I went to Costco to look for micro-fiber towels and the terry towels. I couldn't find them, but I could buy a casket. Yep 1899 and that includes shipping and handling. Can't buy towels, but if I want to be a funeral director I am in business.

Seriously what do you look under?

the automotive sections?
why not buy those costco mf towels as your regular cleaning towels?
they were like 7 dollars for like 12 i think or was it 6 dollars for 12?

Why not MF's Beemer ?

Yeah, it doesn't seem like there are that many detailing jobs where you would want regular cotton towels instead of MF.

I have no needs for none MF towels...I use my year old MF's as a replacement....also, there are cheap MF that do a great job as replacemnts too.....Just watch for sales on MF's///

Hey Jeff long time no see..how's everything?

and what do you mean with your first sentence:confused:

I use both, I prefer cotton for wheels and for final buffing of tire dressings and Trim Restorer. The can easily be thrown away when they get too dirty.

When my white cotton socks get a hole or a tear, they are excellent for wheel cleaning & buffing. Stick your hand in there & your whole hand (front 'n back) becomes a cleaning surface.

Great for getting between spokes on alloys & it's easy to reach behind the spokes to do the back side of the wheel. Easier 'cause you're not trying to jam a lot of material (a towel) through the opening & then it's difficult to manipulate.

You can get a lot of different towels at Home Depot. That's where I get all my towels. They got the red shop towels, terry towels, lint free towels, and I love the diaper towels they have too. They have them in bulk and are at good prices so that way you can toss them when they get really dirty.
