Xterra needed some love

Can`t complain at 48K miles. Took it over for some random metallic sounds. Tech found a few issues. Front rotors are close to being replaced. Pads are less than 1/2. Rear brake shields needed adjusted. One of the shims on the rear leaf spring needed attention. So had them do the front rotors/pads now rather than later. Should be ready soon. That would also explain why i was getting some brake pulsation.

did they cut the rotors or replace them? how bad was the `pulsation`...and did it occur under heavy braking or normal braking?

Rotors are being replaced. Not worth being cut. Pulsation was minimal but felt at normal braking.

Pretty common stuff for an xterra. They like to kill rotors
