Wurth Rubber Care

I have a can sitting in my detailing cabinet and I want to use it this weekend but dont really want to experiment. The can says its not harmful to paint so Im not worried about overspray onto the paint...but it doesnt mention glass at all.

Does anyone have any experience with Wurth getting on the windows? Does it leave a nasty residue?

Thanks in advance.

I was able to clean it off glass without any problems, but yeah, try to keep it off in the first place. It's pretty "clean" stuff though, not all slimy or anything like that. But I'd keep it off the paint too.

Like Lowejackson, I often use something to apply it. Spray it on applicator/swab, wipe it on. But note that it *does* go on a *LOT* better when you just spray it; the carrier agent seems to evaporate quickly and the carrier agent does make a difference.

Maybe use some kind of shield/barrier to keep it off things like glass. I use the carboard that comes with dress shirts or my wife's pantyhose.

I used it on the Audis just recently and didn't have any problems. I sprayed some of it, used the applicator method on other parts.
