WuNgUn PIC'S-Finally got to polish my car this year!

Here we go...finally found time to get the PC and Blackfire out and worked it...

SSR2.5, then SSR1, PB's BlackHole glaze (applied by machine), then Blackfire sealant. Only 1 layer on it in these pic's, but since added another layer. I'm gonna do 3 layers of sealant, then start applying the BlackFire carnuba...

(Please note, my neighbour decided to refinish his picnic table the night before the pics were shot, so everything is covered in dust...oh, and the hood is full of chips :( )

Thanks...
It still amazes me just how reflective it is, especially for a blue...
I've seen black cars not reflect this well :)

Dig that blue! Car looks great!

I would paint those calipers. They detract from an otherwise great looking car.

The car looks great, nice an shiney.

I use the BlackFire Sealent alot and I love it, its so easy to use.

Both rear calipers are doing that, and I don't know why. I did them the same time I did the front, and the fronts are fine...

OMG, you're using a CCD! Don't you know those are swirl magnets and you're a hack detailer if you use one?!?!?!

Nah, just joshin' ya. I use one all the time and don't have any problems with it. Some people will seriously get their panties in a wad and tell you how ignorant you are for using one though.

Nice looking whip.

If you use them right, they are fine I think...
I prefer using it over a QD anf wiping it clean...eek!!

You got some serious shine and reflection there! Very nice, very nice indeed. What are your thoughts on the Black Hole?

Good question...
I know I didn't polish out all the swirls with the SSR...that being said, the finish isn't perfectly swirl free. But I think the Black Hole helped some...
I was hoping for a totally swirl free shine using the BH, but I'd have to say it's probably 95% swirl free...
:)
