Would an Inline Water Filter Solve This?

Lately I find myself driving through areas with tons of bugs (love bugs and others). I would like to be able to just wash the contaminated areas (bumper, windshield, mirrors, grill, etc) sometimes without doing my entire truck everyday. However I can't tolerate the water spots etc. that would occur on the unwashed areas. If I used an inline water filter on my hose, would I be able to wash "half my truck" effectively??? (I do have Jeff Werkstaff QuickWash, but that won't cut it with the amount of bugs I get).

thanks

You'll need a de-ionizing water filter to get spot free results. The simplest and cheapest way to do that is to buy a Mr. Clean car wash gun and filter. The spot free rinse filter is very low pressure. You just spray your car down with it after you're done with the wash, and your car will dry spot free.

If you want spot free water for the entire wash, you'll need to get a system like the CRSpotless

CRSpotless.com - Wash, Rinse, and Walk Away

Or you could put a system together yourself (which is what I did)
