Not necessarily true. I have seen some gawd awful paints finishes on new cars, on dealer lots not less, and I have several "old" cars that would blow your socks off.
It's all in the DETAILING and SKILL of doing such.

:nono You didn't see the BMW 545 that I did this morning with the mandatory dealer installed buffer swirls. Nothing like that to take the edge off the shine! (took a lot more than just NXT to make it look good though, details with the pics when I finish this roll
