World's (new) Most Expensive Wax $97,000

Yeah, it is but---- close to 7 billion people on the planet.

Over 200 million vehicles running around.

Aprox. 10 million people with more money than they know what to do with.(read buying clothing that is just $10 but have a fancy label and lot of marketing to "money people".

Sell 500 pieces of this, with a profit margin of beyond my comprehension, and Gee, I made close to a million dollars off the "wantabe's", I have a this wax that not many can afford, so that makes me "special"!. (these sorts don't really care if it is that great or not, just that they are able to throw out the bucks to buy it vs their buddies, who didn't know they could spend that much, so that makes "them special".

Or, did I get this all wrong, again?



 
David, you and I know that the container cost over several thousand times the product that is in it!. But, it's got bling, it looks expensive, so it must be the best!

I admit I was more of a "name brand" guy, especially in my younger years, but, get a wife with a maxed out credit card, a kid in college, car loans, house, etc and you'll find that those Target brand items are just as good!
 
I wonder if the Sultan of Brunei or similar fabulously wealthy person will buy this. After all, I read he dumped Rolls Royce wheels in the ocean for having slight defects.

Does anyone remember the iPhone app that was $1k and their claim to fame was that it was......one thousand dollars. I think this is made by the same people.

The packaging and bespoke options for those products are bad-ass.    They'd be great to give to someone as a gift or to a client or something.


 


They aren't selling the product; they are selling the high-end feel, bespoke nature, and the cool packaging.    I'd love to get one of those kits as a gift with my name and car make on all the little bottles and a bespoke wax that smells like truffles!
 
I can get anyone who wants it some very simliar wax in a slightly different container for only half what they are selling it for!
