Woolite in Australia?

G'day



Going by what's already been written in this forum, looks like Woolite's the way to go for most interior jobs.



Can anyone let me know, if and where it's available, in Sydney?



Otherwise, is there a product here that's close to it?

If Australia is anything like Canada, you don't have "Woolite" but have an alternate product, like Zero, which is a laundry detergent that is supposed to be used in cold water. Woolite is also just another "delicate fabric wash", so look for that. You can tell because it will say it is for washing delicate fabrics like silk, and it should specifiy cold water. I'm sure that someone must sell such a product. HTH
 
4DSC - Thanks for the advice. I've checked my laundry and I do have a bottle of "Woolmix for Delicates " (with eucalyptus fragrance!). The instructions say it can be used in cold water for washing delicates like silk, wool, chenille,.... and can be diluted for spot cleaning. I'll give this a go and do some spot testing initially.



Sci-Fi - great website. If the above does'nt work out, I know now there's a Melbourne supplier. As well as the Woolite, there's some other goodies. Down the track, I'll definitely use this site and bring a bit of Americana to my home .
