wool pad for oxidation?

Since I'm in the market for some new pads as mine have fallen apart, I was wondering if I should order a wool pad because I see them advertised for oxidation but they are rarely mentioned on this site. Wool pads can hold more oxidized paint as opposed to foam pads. Would it be a good idea to invest in one? Can they take out some light scratches that DACP and a foam cutting pad have trouble with or should I stay away from them? Thanks.

I would say stay away from the wool unless you know how to use it. Like buick said you could actually cause damage with wool instead of correcting it.
