Wolfgang Metallwerk Polish

Has anyone used the WG Metallwerk polishes, and can tell me how it works on aluminum and stainless steel. I'm thinking of trying some with a rotary polisher to use on a Peterbilt. Trying to find something I can use that will be good on the fuel tanks. The system I really want is a drum polisher, but they are a little pricey and would require me to purchase an air dryer to use with it.
