Winter Tires and Wheels

I'm swapping out my summer wheels and tires for my winter wheels and tires (yes a cold reality for those of us who live in the Botswanian part of Canada) but thought I'd pick some brains on my winter wheel care/summer wheel storage.

What I had planned to do was give my summer tires a good old hand wash with Dawn and then seal the wheels with three coats of ZFX'd Z2Pro and do the same for the winter wheels.

My thinking is that based upon subjective reviews, Zaino is going to give me the best long term protection and the Canadian winter will probably throw a lot of salt, sand and road gunk at my tires and wheels.

Any thoughts or other ideas which might be useful for my winter wheel/tire prep, while I have them off the car and easily accessible?

For excellent wheel protection/storage, I use Z2P, Z5P, ClearSeal, or Wet Diamond.

For the rubber sidewalls, I usually give them a shot of 303 on both sides... for conditioning and UV protection.
