Will this work for removing minor scuffs/scratches

I have some very minor scuffs/swirlmarks and a couple shallow scratches on my 1 year old car. Just wondering if using P21S Paintwork Cleanser by hand will remove most of these? Or is there something better I could use?

Yeah, you'll need something stronger. LOTS of choices, something from most every manufacturer. *I* like the 1Z stuff, myself, especially if working by hand.
 
The P21S polish is mainly a gloss enhancer. It works great but not on scratches. It's similar to a glaze. Try Poorboys SSR polishes for removing light scratches.
