Will RMG (Red Machine Glaze) Remove LSP?

I was wondering if RMG would remove Zaino or would I need to use another polish before the RMG.

I got this back from Everett at Clearkote:

Thank you for taking time to write and ask a very good question.

I don't know the answer to that one. I have never used Zaino.

Please write me and let me know the results, should anyone else in the future ask

that question, I will know the answer as well.

Thanks again for using our products.

So thanks anyone who knows :)

If you use a polishing pad and PC, odds are it will remove most, if not all Zaino. Finishing pad, I'm not so sure.

This morning, a fellow autopian and myself took some polish to my car then put RMG on it....Wow, is all I can say.

Hey Josh, did you take pictures of it?

What did you top it with?

To the O.P., if you use a finishing pad i doubt it will be removed, i dont think there are cleaners in RMG, if there is, they are minimal at best. A finishing pad is very soft and like scott said, you will *probably* be alright.

Well that's kind of what I was wondering... I want to remove the Zaino and experiment with some of the new stuff I got.

So if I use the O.P. with a light cut that would definately do it I'm sure... but I didn't want to go too aggressive.

oh you want to *remove* the Zaino?...., that makes life easier,

OP w/ a white pad will definitely get rid of the zaino, and its not very aggressive at all. you might want to use just a polish w/ cleaning abilities on a white pad. that would not be aggressive at all.

or the least aggressive method would be a 50:50 mix of water and rubbing alcohol, spray and wipe and say goodbye to zaino.

can RMG be applied by hand? ( i know it is called machine glaze :-) )

I have applied menzerna FTG by both machine and hand with both equal excellent results.

But, do you think that a glaze will bond to a sealant? I think that the results will last 1 wash. Please update the post. ;)

Use Men. PO85RD, FPII, or OP. All will take off anything on the surface and prep you for your round of LSP. My favorite combo is Men. PO85RD, Van. Moose, RMG, ( X 2 if I want) then Pin. Souveran X 2+ ..... That gives "MY" car the ultimate shine. I am playing around with a product called AutoDerm. So far good results. ZOOOM-ZOOOM

RMG under Souveran looks amazing. It looks great under P21S as well.
