This detail was just a quickie. Overall it was in OK shape, but only because it's white. It really should've been clayed because there were all kinds of debris in the paint and some spider webbing. A possible buyer was coming to take a look at the car so I did what I could in an hours time. The car usually has 22 inch wheels on it which look rediculous, but they are off for the winter.

I washed the exterior, wheels & wheel wells

Removed most of the grease and tar off the bottoms with Nylon Spotter Solvent

Dressed tires & wheel wells with Super Blue Dressing

LSP was OCW

that's the nicest 7 series i've ever seen, I love the lines on it. Good job on the detail esp the wheels!

You should see it with the wheels on it. SICK !! He also has a $15,000 stereo in the car.

Beautiful...but why 3 tires of one type, and 1 of another on the 22s? Looks like 1 P-Zero Nero and the rest I can't tell. I'm not sure why you'd want 1 directional and the rest not. I hope they're at least all in the same performance category.

Looks great for an hour :2thumbs: OCW is so quick it's like a QD.

Yep it's one Nero and three Continental Sport Contact 2's - not good.

The guy that owns this car bought it about a month and a half ago and realized that the car was not as nice as he first thought it was. As a few of you noticed, the body kit paint does not match the factory paint and a couple of the wheels are bent on the inside which makes the car drive like crap.

I did notice the odd tire which was probably because he hit a pothole the week he had the car and needed a tire quick.

The guy has a buyer for the car and is looking to get into an exotic for the summer. All together, he owns 7 cars. He saw this car online and wanted it, but now he realizes the car isn't perfect so that is why he's selling it. It must be nice to be able to lose a few grand in just over a months time and not care about it!

I was behind this car all the way home on the highway yesterday and remembered this thread. The paint match is hardly noticable in person, and Rick, it looks like the new owner is taking good care of it because it ownly showed a few very light swirls in the full afternoon sun.

Rick: Any shots with the 22s yet?
