Which CCS pads for sealants on pc / udm ?

since 5.5 inch low profile pads are the popular choice for udm , what about for spreading liquid sealants ? or would the good old 6.5 inch ones be better ?



im thinking since the 5.5 inch is low profile, that would minimise product absorption into the pads . but might not have the cushioning and size to cover them ?



would be good to know what others are using for spreading liquid sealants.

please state what colour and size.



btw , my liquid sealants are cg mseal, jetseal and 4* upp

so the general consensus is that 5.5 low profile is ok ? despite the low profile compared to the thick 6.5 inch ?

I use a CCS blue pad on 4 (with pc, not udm).

Why not a red CCS? Any good reason? It is what I use.

Red didn't exist when I bought mine, and they don't exactly wear out.
