Where do you get your news?

In the days of "fake news" and blatant cherry-picking of facts, where do you get your news?

Print - Wall Street journal & LA Times
OP-ed - LA Times
Digital - News 360 & WSJ
TV - One America News

I genuine can`t stand biased, whether it be showing facts on only one side or particular verbal phrase`s intended to fit a narrative. To me when a news channel fails to present both sides of an argument, it`s as if they are saying I`m too stupid to come to a decision myself. I find it quite insulting.

in the politics thread here, lol
kidding

if I`m up early I watch nbc or cbs morning news but I don`t have a standard source I guess.

back in history of the US 1960 to present class in college we took major political and social events and reviewed them through the context of the major media outlets at the time - it was a pretty good lesson to teach someone

Such a good question.

Print - Can`t tell you the last time I read let alone saw a printed paper.
Digital - NYT, ProPublica, WSJ, The Slot,
OP-ed - NYT, WSJ
TV - I watch zero live news. Last Week Tonight on HBO is just about it.

I do my best to read a selection of news from both sides in order to form my own opinions.

Yes an No

Honestly, I`m tired of hearing about politics, protests and the hysteria. I read news 360, 90% of the time only because I can pick my news; my focus is on sports, cars, and tech. The only reason why it`s not 100% of the time is all the tech articles, link to kickstarter projects... which intern destroy my bank account.

Print - I read the Raleigh newspaper (News and Observer)

Digital - NYT, WP, NBC, Facebook (lot of fake or slanted news)

OP-ed - NYT, WP (much is on editorial page of N&O)

TV - NBC news, NPR if I want news while in the car

Print- Local newspaper
TV- Local(ish) TV News
Online- My Brokerage Account`s access site has current business news that`s reliable
