Where are the 'stickies' in interior forum?

The stickies are in each individual section of the forum but not in all sections. If you are looking for specific How-To stuff, do a search on what you want to know
 
Just a suggestion, but when asking a question here, it would be a little more helpful if you're a little more specific and a little less demanding.
