Wheel wells and ONR

This is what I do as well. I picked up a 2gal pump at Home depot that I use just for ONR. I actually use it on the whole car as well as the wheels too.

Yup, I can get the whole vehicle and wheels presoaked then follow with 2 gallons of warm water and ONR to wash the whole vehicle [Minus wheels and tires] and finish my wash with the wheels and tires after I dry everything else. Generally works very well.

I bought the 32oz so I could try it out, but if I could get a gallon for under $40 shipped, I would be all over that size. Seeing as I use it as a clay lube, QD, and Wash, I am going through it pretty quick.

So it was 24 degrees here in NJ today, and I couldn't stand looking at my car anymore, so I took it to a local coin operated wash and rinced off all the crud and drove home to do an ONR wash.

The car looks great now, and Bill, I tried the AA Tire Foam in the wells, and you were absolutely right. It did the trick. They look black and I am a happy camper:clap::Dancing Dot:

I also applied another coat of Wheel Wax. When I rinced off the car, I noticed that because of the first coat of Wheel Wax, the dirt just rinced right off the wheels. GREAT STUFF!!!

Hey Barry... sounds like endorsements for ONR, AA Tire Foam and Wheel Wax!

People look at me funny when I tell them to use AATF in their wheel wells, but when they try it, they're always pleasantly surprized. It's cheap and you can do your wheel wells numerous times per can. Glad it worked out!

I thought it was a little strange at first as well. You don't see too many endorsements fro AA on most forums:huh: It really worked very well, so thanks for the recommendation!
