H All,

I have a set of wheels that I need some help on.

The lip on the wheel is hazy, its a aluminum polished lip, the wheels face is chrome Im already cleaning that up with Gord's Polish.

The hazing is got me stumped. Any ideas guys?

Thanks in advance!!:work:

That "white colored stuff" if probably from using a wheel cleaner that was too strong for the aluminum. You will need to repolish it.

so like coupe sayed:

"M PB mini and Mothers aluminum polish- done"

What clear coat? He says his wheels are polished and chrome. He's trying to polish the uncoated lip.

Woops, misread that. Most polished aluminum wheels have some type of coat on them. At least the ones I have encountered.

I have never ever ever seen PA with any type of coating on them.

I would think you are talking about clear coated chrome and not aluminum

The ones you have encountered were they factory of aftermarket rims?

I have *never* encountered or heard of a CC chrome wheel. There are many examples of polished aluminum wheels that have clear on them.
