Wheel brush recommendation needed

I have 16" 14 spoke chromed aluminum wheels. Pretty but a PIA to clean. Can anyone recommend a gentle brush that gets into the tight spots to clean them thoroughly?

I've tried quite a few.

For the last few years I used a 2 " sash brush with duct tape around the ferrule. It worked very well for the front parts of the wheel. Front face, corners, nooks, crannys, narrow bits and brake drum calipers were handled quickly and efficiently.

The back part of the wheel suffered - no coverage with the sash brush.

I've since switched to the EZ-Detail brush. It gets everything and everywhere.

It's so good I'm thinking of buying a 2nd one for the bath.

Similar to weekendwarrior, I pick up foam brushes on the cheap wherever I can. Last weekend Home Depot had an assortment of foam brushes for 0.87. They had plastic handles and would compress enough to fit between my spokes and long enough to reach and clean the inner barrel. I do not have fancy wheels (just standard VW 17" clearcoated) and these work fine and the wheels come out clean & shiny with just soap + water.
