What's the secret sauce to melting BAKED on Wax

there is a minivan I see every now and then in the 'hood. Poor newbie has probably seen a FULL season of summer, fall and now spring with the typical new guy to wax application wax removal remmentn. There is wax that is just caked on that he was not able to remove. We're talking every panel in large splitches. Sad part ontop of that is that the minivan itself looks like a '08 ....

For instances like this, which I've yet to ever tackle, will a heavy soaking of TAW soften wax up. Or even Part A or B of AutoInt decontam.

Hit-Temp Prep Wash will remove it with minimal effort.

mix it 1:1 in a one quart spray bottle.

Spray down the entire car with Prep Wash.

Let it dwell for a few minutes

Now Wash the car with whatever method you normally use.

Pay special attention to recessed areas; make sure you get them good and saturated with prep wash. On the really thick nasty stuff, you might need to use some sort of media (mf wash mitt, etc) after you spray on the Prep Wash, and before you do the normal wash. A boar's hair detailing brush works great for this.

I got my Prep Wash from Top of the Line. It's cheap, and it works.

ha......not looking to prep, polish or anything of that sort....

Inquiry was moreso for my general knowledge but I do have TONS of TAW . If TAW did the trick, I was planning to keep a bottle in my trunk and the next time I bumped into the poor ole sap, I would just hand it over to the him with a tidbit of info ;-) I see this car around the hood every once in awhile and surely by now, I would have assumed he would have dealt with the issue by now. And I realize alot of people just don't know any better, and believe you me, I've applied wax too thick when I started out.

Just trying to pass some learned knowledge down the road...
