what's more important to you in a qd?

:chuckle: I want them all! So I have multiple QDs: Meg's #34 for light, smear free cleaning ( daily QD), S&W for a little bit more cleaning, the old FD for gloss and slickness: I've used while drying and claying, and Crystal Mist: for added wax gloss also without smearing. :up
 
Poorboy's Spray & Gloss provides everything I need in a QD, decent price (even in UK), economical in use, effective and provides a nice finish over a waxed/sealed surface.

PB Spray & Wipe for light cleaning.

EF Clear Pearl and Pinnacle Crystal Mist for carnauba.

Z8 and Menzerna HG Acrylic Shield for sealants.
 
Today I washed this Lexus then dried (NXT applied with a Cyclo this past April) I decided to see what Zaino Grand Finale could do....and I was pretty impressed.

I use 3 QD's, each has its own advantages. Spray and Wipe is good for cleaning ability, but totally useless for shine enhancement. CG's pink DS is cheap, slick, contains some sort of wax, somewhat glossy and has decent cleaning abilities. An overall good mix, plus the stuff is dirt cheap (I use 20 bucks worth a month, if I'm busy).



For my own car, as well as cars with owners who care, I use PB's S+G. It can streak, it has nearly nonexistant cleaning abilities, and it's extension of wax protection is dubious, but man does it shine. Not a good all around product by any extension, but it does what it does better than anything else I've used.
