What towels do ya'll use for drying

There is just something about my WW JT International towels that I'm not too crazy about. It can clean up the windshield and all 4 windows on my suv before the towel is *soft & good* for drying the car paint.



If not done prior, the towel doesn't really absorb the water on the paint, and I feel it *dragging* more on the paint.



Just curious to see what towels you like to use when drying. There's alot of PakShak towel fans out there.....I may try some of that or Autopia towels. Just finished polishing the car yesterday and I don't plan to wash the car using these WW I've got now.

I get all my drying towels from www.waynestowels.com. IMO, Wayne's WW towels are the same quality as the Big Blue Towels but not as expense.

Without a doubt the absolute best drying towel I have used is the one that is sold in the Autopia Store. I can do an entire care minus the glass which I have a different towel I use with out wringing it out once.

I use WWs from different sources. The best thing I've done for them is washing in Micro-Restore. Now they're soft and absorbent right from the start; it really gave them a new lease on life. I thought the Micro-Restore would be a total waste of money, but I sure was wrong about that! The stuff works miracles for me and is well worth the expense (IMO, of course).

I like the Big Blue from CMA. The last 2 i ordered were much thicker and heavier than the previous ones i've owned. They absorb very well, much better than the older ones and are very gentle on your finish.

For me without a doubt its the Pakshak Waffle Weave. I only need one to do the entire car. Even doing my F150 I only need one and that is without having to wring it out.



I recently picked up one of the Microtek drying towels at Walmart for 6.50. It is very plush. I use it to finish up in the door jambs and on my wheels.

Right now I'm using a WW from SMP. I bought a WW from WCD, but have not used it yet, but for the price/quality it's an excellent deal.

The WW from AutoBarn are surprisingly very effective. I also use the WW from ExcelDetail.

I use Pakshak's, Griot's and recently picked up one of the purples from the Autopia store. All are great. :xyxthumbs When it starts to "drag" a little, it's another indicator that my LSP needs to be replenished.
