What to use to return gloss to clear coat?

I used some touch-up paint this weekend on a couple of stone chips on a new (to me) Panamera near the corner of the hood and on the front bumper. I preppred the paint in the area and filled the chips and when it had dried after about 24 hours, used 2000 grit wet sandpaper to take off the tops of the paint blobs. Only thing is, I managed to scuff or fog up the gloss on the clear coat in the area of the chips (didn't go through). Will Menzerna PO85RD bring back the gloss and since these are so small, can I just apply by hand instead of using the orbital? Or what would be a better suggestion; something milder? Thanks-

Well since you wet sanded you need to remove those marks so you will need to compound the area then polish then wax.

Polish - 85RD is way too light of a cutter. You need atleast SF2500 if not something like Menz SIP. Anything below 1200, then you might need compound.

Pad - Orange, maybe even green.

Hand of machine, hand won't happen. You need to use the orbital.
