What to use between polishing to prepare for a wax refresh?

I'm wanting something to use in-between clay & DA polishing sessions to knock off a month or so of crud, then throw down some wax. I don't want an AIO like Klasse because I enjoy using my various waxes.

Idealy, something applied by hand that doesn't take a lot of effort, and that kicks up the shine a notch.

DoDo Lime Prime? How about those Optimum spray polishes?

I used Prima Hydro Max ( Prima Hydro MAX Super Spray Polymer 16 oz. ) last time leaves a very nice shine and seems to have helped extend the longevity of my Sealant ( BlackFire Wet Diamond). Goes on very easy and even only used maybe 15 sprays to do my whole quad cab pick up. going to try the Blackfire Wet Diamond Polymer spray next time may help the sealant more being same company (Chemicals?).

I think the Pinnacle will remove the current sealant. OP, is the wax just a topper on top of some sealant, or is wax your only protectant? If wax is just your topper, I would maybe do a foamer with IronX Snow Soap. If you dilute it higher than 1:8 it won't strip your sealant. Give it a good wash and include a bug and tar sponge if you have one to get off any stuck-on guts. Dry, then re-top with your wax. This is what I use about halfway through the summer when I re-up with Crystal Seal. BFWD is my base sealant. On top of the CS I will wax with BFMS on the hood, front bumper, and side mirrors for additional bug protection.

Just a quick thought... If you like using your various waxes, then KAIO might be a great choice. I have found that the acrylic does a great job of "holding" onto a wax, and lets the best attributes of the wax shine - it might add a smidge of reflectivity, but that's it...

Fun Fact: BLACKFIRE "Wet Ice over Fire" was originally designed to compete against the then super popular P21s/Souvern over Klasse combo. It's still a great 1-2.

My favorite DD "in betweener" is a Duragloss 501. It's a superb cleaner without any real correction ability, and if mixed 4:1 with DG 601, you can use any of your finishing waxes immediately after.

Great suggestions everyone, thanks! I want to try the Klasse under some DoDo.

Speaking of the Duragloss mix, or mixes in general, and what I have on hand, I was thinking about a 1:1 mix of Black Hole and Professional Polish. White pad. Whadia think? I could throw in some DI water or Detailer to thin it out - extend work time.
