What to use before and after Vanilla Moose

Which out of the following would be best to use before Vanilla Moose?:

Moose Wax (not carnuba)
WGPE
AIO

And would s100 be a good topper?

Moose wax is a cleaner wax...It's best as a one stepper. If you put it on before VM, VM will remove it. If you put it on after VM, the cleaner will remove the VM glaze.

Wolfgang polish enhanceer, AIO, and VM serve similar function in preping the surface. but I believe all three work mainly by chemical cleaners, but VM also contains some mild abrasives as a polishing agent. VM is also a glaze with some wax protection. VM can strip the acrylics on the AIO though.

I've recently done a neglected black car, with VM to polish the surface and top with s100. The look was rich and reflective at the same time.

My brief encounter with VM leads be to believe that it is very light in the abrasive department........ say around 1 or 2? :dunno

If that's the case, then any product more abrasive than that could be used before the VM........... like SSR3, SSR2.5, SSR2, DACP, Speed Glaze, and a whole bunch of other good products. It all depends on the condition of the paint.

Pro Polish , SSR1, DACP, anything like that - VM is a glaze that leaves behind a shine/protection similar to PwC so anything before it should be used for it's corrective properties - AIO, UPC, Wolfgang's pre polsih - they all function similar to VM so it would be a waste to use them before VM.

There we go, thats all i needed to hear. Someone to put it into perspective for me.

I was having a hard time placing VM until now.

Thanks

sigh...only if I had a PC...It has quite a few surface defects that removal by hands would not been possible. I also should have clayed the car but I didn't have any. Due to time constraint, I didn't bother with Meg's #9, so I went straight to VM by hand and that also worked pretty well.

VM + S100 on top of a properly prepped finish is one of the brightest, most reflective combos I've ever used:)

Attached is the VM+S100 combo on a black Volvo...Sorry for the small pic... you can probably make out a reflection of me taking the picture near the fender...
