What speed to apply BFWD with PC?

The more insurance coverage you have the more possiblity the insurance company can pay. The insurance co will never pay out more then the policy limits. Depending on the state and local laws i would never over insure myself. With all these scams and fraud cases out there, take something that you fell will cover you in case of a loss.

Yesterday, I put on my first coat of BFWD and this is how I applied it.

I used a red LC pad and would put the BFWD on the pad and spread it on a huge area. Then I put the PC to speed 2 and spread it along. Then I would put it at speed 4 and move along at a pretty quick pace.

Is this correct? I just assumed since it was wax I'm putting on I didn't have to go slow.

Any advice/tips would be greatly appreciated. I plan on applying a second coat today. thanks!

Since BFWD is a sealant and not a polish, there is no need to work it in. You are just looking for evan coverage. Using a red pad is fine and a speed of 3-4is perfect. You might want to slow down just a little to make sure that you have evan coverage.

Once your pad is primed a little goes a long way. Thin, thin, thin, but good coverage.

Great advice! I made the mistake of putting it on too thick the first time as that red pad feels like it absorbs so much. But, once it's primed, you barely have to re-apply, you can do the whole car with VERY little product.

Good luck, waiting for pics, your car is beautiful!!
