After getting my PC, I've been using it to apply my Collinite 476S paste wax. It's definitely a time saver and helps me get the application smooth, even, and thin.
I agree with all the posts above. Foam applicator, MF applicator or the PC with a finishing pad. I don't see any ill affects that could be caused by using the PC to apply a liquid/gel wax as long as you keep it on a low speed (maybe 1-2?) and use a finishing or polishing pad.
Either way is good. I personally apply it by hand but if I am feeling lazy at the moment I will deffinately grab the PC.
What are the pros and cons to using a PC vs. hand application? Some of you are saying if your lazy you will use a PC but i thought a pc would be better b/c you get an even, thin layer?
if i apply by hand i'll use a foam applicator (use them to get into tight spots), but my personal choice is by PC with 4"pads. 1.you use less product 2. it works the lsp into the finish more evenly and into a nice thin coat making removal a breeze 3.your hands/arms aren't sore the next day....
