What product should I get?

I need a good product that could clean of those stains on the lips. I'm not what that stuff is and if it's even possible to take it out. i tried cars soap, wheel cleaner, even wax but it doesn't want to come off. BTW II also need a good products that could take care some scratches of those lipc and give it a nice shine. Thanks for the help.

KaeROeS- Are the lips bare aluminum? If so, use an abrasive polish. If they're powdercoated/anodized, it's refinishing time. If they're clearcoated, it's also refinishing time, but you can probably effect a temporary improvement via the polishing.

I'm not sure but I used some polish and it did nothing, they still look like that.

BTW any idea how much would it cost to refinish one lip like that. I think I will try to use that polish soap someone mentioned before I get them refinished.
