What polish to use under Duragloss 105?

My car's paint is in good condition, 02' Gray/Silver Altima. But it has some minor scratches. I thought I should just spot treat them with ScratchX. If in case I am not satisfied with the result, what polish should I use (after claying of course) to prep the paint for Duragloss products later. Something OTC if possible.



Your suggestion will be appreciated a lot. Thanks in advance.

I would try to either find some mothers power polish or maybe some meguiars pro line.

Mothers is pad dependant. :waxing:
 
Since Duragloss is available otc and your lsp will be DG, why not stick with the DG family of products and use their PC-#2 or their SMR for these light scratches?
