as you can see, i have a little micromarring going on. what polish and wax do you guys suggest i use that will leave me with a nice deep reflective shine. keep in mind, it must be easy to use because it'll all be done by hand. i also would like something i can find at a kragens/pep boys/walmart, nothing too crazy and expensive. thank you.

the color is candy apple red if your curious :)

By had, from local stores, you have a few options...

Meguiare's Deep Crystal Polish System(dark red bottles) 1, 2, followed by Megs #26 liquid (mirror glaze line, tan bottle). This is all really easy to use by hand, but won't actuall REMOVE any of the swirls you have but mostly cover them up. You might consider using ScratchX on real problem areas and live with the rest.

Otherwise, it would be a wise investment to get a PC or something similar.

you can use the Tropi-Care swirl cutter to help out, but you would really need to use a PC with it. let me know if you are interested and i can "help" you out

the thing is i don't wanna pay for it if i can do it myself. and my swirls aren't that bad so i think i can do them myself. i just need some advice.

If you can live with making one purchase online, try some Vanilla Moose. Does a nice job for people doing a quick hand polish/prep for an LSP. If you're sticking to strictly OTC, the only wax I'd go near would be NXT Paste Wax

I'd suggest some foam and terrycloth applicators, some Meguiars ScratchX and ColorX.

Between the different combinations you can try, see what works best, and then put a coat of Gold Class or something on top, and reapply monthly

It should turn out great :waxing:
