This may i had my car repainted, i have noticed on the hood what looks to be like they painted over rock chips, the hood was supposedly a new one in which they painted, it may just be me but i think these 'painted over chips' are getting more numerous, what are these things? i cant believe they would have painted over like 15 or 20 chips in the paint, they are very annoying as i strive for perfection, anyone have any advice? they are definately under the clearcoat, thanks for your help.
 
thanks for pointing me in the right direction rightlane, i did some research and found that fisheyes are exactly what i have, im going to the body shop tomorow and have them repaint this. ive had so many problems with this shop, if anyone needs body repair do not use Hilbings Autobody of Quincy, that is all. Thanks
