What is the best PC?

I went to properautocare.com to check out theirs, they have three. I wanted the Porter Cable, but it says it's not for removing scratches. So, properautocare recomends getting the Makita for removing scratches, but this machine only goes to i think 3k rpm.

Any good pc's for removing swirls/scratches, and applying a sealant or wax?

The Makita is a rotary buffer and not a orbital buffer. Rotary buffers only need to go to 3k RPMs because you never run them that fast. I run mine between 1k and 1500RPMS most of the time. Rotarys and Orbitals are two different beasts.

so what's best for my use, i want something strong enough for swirls/scratches, and something that will also apply my zainos

No offesnse taken:) , but I want to start using a PC. I am getting a quarter panel and bumper repainted in about a month, so I can practice on them. I also have a beater truck to practice on.

The Porter Cable machine will suit your needs quite well, if you have no expierence with machine buffing a rotary buffer is certianly not for you.

PORTER CABLEis ideal for you don't go any further.................but get the extra pads and what not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
