What Happened To The Adam's Polishes Forum?

As the director of advertising here at Detail City, Dwayne has asked me to inform everyone that Adam's will no longer be a sponsor of Detail City and his Tech Rep is no longer with us either.
Complete details are not available at this time and will not be made public. Their 6 month sponsorship was up as of March 31.

Why not share with us what happened? Isn't that the better policy?

Look guys, DC's business is not a matter of public record. If an advertiser chooses not to advertise on DC anymore, then there isn't much we can do about it. We aren't going to beg to keep them around. The opportunity to renew their position at DC came and went and so we had to do what anybody would have to do. It wouldn't be fair to keep them around for free while other advertisers are paid up and renew on time. I don't know how much more clear I can make it, but let me illustrate for you.

So now that we have that resolved, let's not complain about it or assume that something shady is going on. We don't have any control over what people do. As much as I would like to say that we do, its just not true. If I had that kind of power then we wouldn't have any problems on Detail City at all because everybody would be smooth with the ladies and have respect for the mullet. :naughty

PS.... CASE CLOSED. Its out of our hands and there doesn't need to be any more discussion about it.

Advertisers may come and go at Detail City. This isn't a lifetime contract and the door swings both ways. When it comes to advertisers, I am looking for mutually beneficial business partnerships that I can work with on Detail City and also Premium Automotive Group. Our current advertisers at Detail City fit that criteria.

When an advertiser leaves Detail City we wish them well and move on. That is all that needs to be done.
